Wendy Ermold

I'm the proud owner of a Lessor Sulphur Crested Cockatoo named Shadow. He's 16 years old, and I've had him since he was 3 months. Shadow is not caged and has free roam of all accessible areas which includes the living and dining rooms. He loves going outside, and on nice days we'll spend up to 2 hours out there. He likes to dig in the grass, weed sidewalk cracks, look in other peoples car windows, and try to dismantle our vehicles. He has a large vocabulary, but is not always real intelligible. Shadow is a larger than life character who knows what he wants and is a master manipulator. He's such a great bird. I'd love to meet other cockatoo owners in the area to connect with and support each other. I live in Bothell, WA.
